Tiger Woods know about one or two things what it seems to win the US Open.

Finally, Woods won the event in both 2002 and 2008 and followed their first US Open title in 2000.

While the 15-time prominent champions would not be closed at the 125th US Open on Thursday, he gave some useful indications on how to navigate the treacherous area in the Omont Country Club outside Pittsburgh.

“There is no faking about Omkont,” Woods said in a video posted on Instagram.

“The golf course is big, yes, but it is just – there is no way around it. You just have to hit the golf ball well, and it is a long -run in favor of the hitter, just due to the degree, complex.

“It simply helps to come with very little iron, to be able to soak the ball. It’s about remembering the ball on the right spots … because if you don’t, it’s terrible!”

The Omont Country Club has hosted the US Open on the last nine occasions, which has been in the last 2016.

Woods, 49, underwent surgery on March 11, to repair a broken left Akilis tendon.

The final official tournament was played Woods, a missed in the 2024 Open Championships last July.

Woods have long been plagued by health issues. He reduced his sixth back operation last September and continues to deal with the effects of the 2021 car accident.
