Thunder level series with 43-point route of Nagets

Shai Gilgeous-Aexander scored 34 points to lead Oklahoma City Thunder for 149–106 home blowouts of Danver Nagets in his Western Conference Semi-final series on Wednesday.

Thunder, who set a franchise single-game playoff scoring record, was ahead of the best series 1–1 in Danver on Friday.

After losing on the 3-pointer in the concluding second of the game 1, Thunder ensured that the Nugets would not have a chance to pull the shocker. Oklahoma City quickly inserted it, scored 45 first quarter points and gained more than 10 minutes in the game.

Thunder tied the NBA playoff records for a half points with 87, increasing more than 35 before the interval. During Postsen, the only team to score 87 points in half was a milvoki box in the second part of the second round against Nagets in 1978.

Oklahoma City extended the profit to move fourth for 48 points in the third quarter.

Russell Westbrook led Nagets with 19 points, and Jamal Murray contributed 14. Gordon, who had 22 points and 14 rebounds in the series opener, ended with only 10 points (3 -12 shooting) and five boards.
