India’s Test and ODI captain Rohit Sharma, who is also a player from Mumbai Indians in the Indian Premier League, opened his views in matches and big tournaments. The right -handed batsman said that he does not go behind a personal milestone and rather focuses on winning sports and tournaments for his team. He said that if the game is finished to lose, there is no meaning. He even gave an example of the ODI World Cup 2019, with his record to break his record, but lost in the Indian semi -finals in New Zealand.

In the 2019 ODI World Cup, Rohit set a record in five centuries, the highest in the single version by any player. The right hand player also slammed fifty. He scored 648 runs in 9 matches at an average of 81.00 and 98.33 strike rates.

Rohit said, “If you are not winning the trophy, there is no point in scoring 600, 700, 800 runs. I have learned this in the 2019 ODI World Cup. If the team does not go to the final and wins it, what will I do with 500 or 600 runs.”

“It’s good for me, but not for the team. I am not saying that my 20-30 runs are going in a victorious reason. I focus on how I can contribute best and it can benefit the team. Whenever Mumbai Indians won the tournament, no orange cap is won.

Indian captain Rohit turned 38 on Wednesday, marking another year of a career, with high and ups and inspiring redemption arcs that will inspire Indian cricket fundamentalists forever.

In 2007 against Ireland in Belfast, Rohit made his international debut, but it was not till the ICC T20 World Cup, where he scored 88 runs in three innings, which the world got to see what the young man was able to do. Despite facing a thin structure and a child, Hitman with the bat conceived the most demonic and fastest hit.

Since that T20 WC win, Rohit has been part of the nine T20 World Cup, three 50 over World Cup titles and three ICC Champions Trophy titles, many of them define Hitman’s career in one way or the other.
