The 2025 version of the Indian Premier League will be remembered for many things-RCB finally dried its title, broke the close-miley run of Punjab Kings, and young stars like Sai Reformson and Vaibhav Sorivanshi stole Spotlight. But between the higher and the hero, there was another story that was running parallel: some of the biggest names of the league.

The large auction does not repeat the huge outing on the ground. Injuries, poor looks, and some strange strategic calls made cases worse. Whether it was of 27 million megadials wrong, or quietly there was a legend of an aging, these players formed the most disappointing XI of the season.

This time in IPL 2025, left was not “right”
Attractively, this team has a left -hand facility throughout the top order. After this there was a possible option Rachin ravindra And Devon Conway, another Lefty. Rishabh Pant LSG returned with high expectations and a celestial Crore 27 million tags. But with just one major innings (118*), the rest of his season was felt with failures. Prior to its expedition, Pants scored just 151 runs at a terrible average of 13.72. His strike rate of 107.09 was also quite poor. Venkatesh IyerEven in KKR, there was an expensive misfire, scoring only 142 runs before the bench.
Now come two foreign stars – Liam Livingstone And Glenn MaxwellDespite their T20 lineage, the two decreased on a large scale. Maxwell’s 48 runs in 7 matches for PBK were particularly bad, especially when they reached the final without their help.
