Before resumping the Indian Premier League (IPL), former India batsman Robin Uthappa has stopped the ugly fans between Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) supporters. In the last few sessions, the banquet between CSK and RCB fans has become ugly many times, in which both sets of supporters fire the ugly jibs on each other. Even matches between the two sides have given rise to some warm moments. While CSK has enjoyed historical success, RCB has taken an edge over them in the last two sessions, winning three out of four competitions.
Prior to the suspension of the IPL, RCB excluded CSK into a thriller, so that there is a possibility of qualifying for the playoffs. Prior to the match, RCB fans were seen selling ‘CSK Jail’ jersey, making fun of those two sessions from IPL (2016 and 2017).
However, Uthappa, who represented both franchises during his IPL career, was not influenced by RCB fans holding white T-shirts with black strips to make fun of CSK supporters from RCB fans.
