TCU, Northern Carolina to kick 2026 in Ireland

TCU and Northern Carolina will shut down the 2026 college football season in Dublin, Ireland.
Er Lingus College Football Classic will be held on August 29, 2026 at Aviva Stadium.
This will be the first foreign game for both schools.
“This is a tremendous opportunity for our program and we are excited to represent the university and our fans on an international platform,” said Bill Belichic, head coach of the first year Tar Heels.
The hornd frog will be the domestic team, as the game was originally scheduled on 5 September 2026 in Fort Worth, Texas.
“This is just more than a football game. It is an opportunity to pursue the brand of TCU globally, while our students-athletes experience a unique educational opportunity and a lifetime memory,” said Mike Buddha, director of TCU athletic.
Georgia Tech increased Florida State 24-21 in 2024 Er Lingus Classic in Dublin, where the declared attendance was 47,998.
The Iowa State will be seen in the Canasus State on 23 August in the matchup of this season in the Irish capital.
