Sunrisers Hyderabad players were swept away in the Maldives between the IPL 2025 season. here’s why

Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) surprised everyone as the franchise announced the arrival of its players and assistant employees in the Maldives, which is between the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025. This news has been surprised as an IPL match is going to be held outside the country. However, the SRH may give a mid-season break to your players and employees due to extended differences in the league phase of the campaign. SRH needed to defeat CSK in his last match to practically survive in the playoff race. Sunrisers opted to bowl first after winning the toss. Quickfire Young Gun Gun Developed Brevis (with 42 in 25 balls, four and four sixes) and Ayush knocks with Mesticor (with 30, six fours), as CSK lost wickets regularly, exiting 154 in 19.5 overs.

Harshal Patel (4/28) was the top bowler for SRH with his brilliant four over spell. Jaydev Unadkat (2/21) was also impressive in its 2.5 overs.

With this win, SRH jumped at number eight in the points table with three wins and six defeats, giving him six points. On the other hand, CSK is at the bottom with two wins and seven defeats, giving them just four points.
