Stefanos Tsitsipas Novak hits the former coach of Djokovic

Stephanos Tsitipus of Greece hired former Novak Djokovic coach Garan Ivnisevik on Thursday.
The two -time Grand Slam finalist, Tsitsipus dropped out of the French Open in the second round on Wednesday, which the Italian Matio Gigante received a four -set loss on Wednesday. Tsitsipas had 20th seed in men’s single draw and ranked 20th in the world entering the week.
Ivanisevik himself was a skilled player and Wimbledon won in 2001. Serbian was the coach of Djokovic for six sessions before it was divided into 2024.
“This exciting cooperation comes on time for the 2025 Grass Court season, as the Greek Star looks to increase its performance on one of the most prestigious surfaces in the game,” Tsitsipas’ agency, prestigious talent wrote in a statement posted on Instagram.
26 -year -old Tsitsipas, 2021 French Open and 2023 were lost in the finals of the Australian Open. He has 12 ATP singles titles named, including three ATP Masters 1000 titles, but only one win in the last 12 months.
Djokovic recently worked as his coach with Andy Murray, before he divided into his working partnership for less than six months.
