
WBA Lightweight Champion Garvonta “Tank” Davis was arrested in Miami Beach on Friday morning on charges of misconduct domestic violence in Miami Beach.
The arrest stems from a dispute about a month ago, when 30 -year -old Davis allegedly attacked her ex -girlfriend, her two -child’s mother, Dorl, FLA outside her house.
In an incident by an incident by the Dorl Police Department, Davis’s ex -girlfriend says she was having an oral dispute with her about “insecurity about her son’s sexuality about personal matters and governance”.
Davis arrived at Dorl to take his children at around 5 pm, when the two children were in Davis’s car, the controversy rose, and Davis allegedly “punched his ex -girlfriend with a closed fist” behind her head “punched and slapped her on her face.
She detained her children and went to the local hospital for treatment. The report of the Dormal Police Department includes a note that suggests that in the past there have been “about 10” unspecified physical changes between Davis and his ex -girlfriend.
Davis was being held on a $ 10,000 bond at the Turner Gilford Night Reform Center in Miami, but has since been released since then. A court hearing for the boxer for 29 July is scheduled.
This is not Davis’s first encounter with law in recent years.
He was accused of ordinary battery domestic violence in February 2020 and was sentenced to arrest of a 90-day house in 2023 in 2023 in November 2020 due to a criminal hit-end case in Baltimore.
