Soundlers, Timbers Battle Two 1-1 Draw in Caskedia Cup Clash

Goalkeeper Maxim Krepu made five savings as Portland Timbers drawn 1–1 with Seattle Sounders at Cascadia Cup Clash on Saturday night.

Santiago Moreno scored for Timbers (6-3-5, 23 points), who lost only once in their last 11 league matches (5–1-5).

Albert Russian scored runs for Seattle (5-4–5, 20 points), who dropped Timbers from 14–5 and the target had a 6–1 lead in efforts.

The sounders pressurized the Go-forward goal in the concluding minutes, but Krepue saved Georgie Minungo in the 88th minute respectively in the 88th.
