Shobots win overtime over Brahma

Troy Williams completed a pair of scoring pass in overtime, leading to Memphis Shobots on Friday win 24–22 over hosts San Antonio Brahma.
In the UFL overtime, each team gets three opportunities for two-point adaptation from the 5-yard line. Williams joined the first two attempts by Memphis with Dewood Davis and Kai Lockesley, while San Antonio Kevin Hogan killed Johnater Kirkalin in Brahma’s second attempt.
Shobots (2-6) failed to wrap the win when San Antonio’s Tawante Backet chose Williams Pass in the third round, but Hogan again thrown incomplete to end the game.
In regulation, Williams completed 5 out of 11 passes for 36 yards. Jalan Jackson led Memphis a touchdown on 76 rushing yard and seven carry.
Hogan completed 14 out of 25 passes for 90 yards and was intercepted three times for Brahma (1-7). Jashun Corbin performed a touchdown at 143 yards and 25 carry, and the tight end Steven Stillianos threw De Anderson’s 38-yard scoring pass.
