World No. 1 Scotty Sheffeler is in the middle of another sensational season, including his third head in the PGA Championship.

Discussing his ongoing success on Wednesday, he prepared for the Genesis Scottish Open, the chefler talked about the importance of staying out in his own way.

“I try my best to live in the present,” said the chefler. “At the beginning of every year, I do not really set a goal for myself. I have what I will describe as dreams and aspirations. But day to day, I try to be a little better at once.

The Sheffeler arrives at the Renaissance Club in North Bervik, Scotland, this season is placed within the top 25 of all 14 of its PGA Tour events. This includes his three wins and eight other top -10 finish.

The 29 -year -old Chefler, who expects to create an open championship next week at Royal Portrash, Northern Ireland, said he is happy with his performance since he recovered from hand surgery in the last winter. Happy, but not completely satisfied.

“This game is quite difficult and sometimes it seems that you can correct it, but at the same time you do not meet anywhere. Therefore, there is always stuff to work and always the goods that I can improve,” he said.

“I think this year, I have done mentally good job to stay mentally patient with myself. … I was expecting for this year, but I think I think I think there was a lot to do with hand surgery and what I did to take off the time.

Scheffler finished third in his most recent presence at the Genesis Scottish Open in July 2023.

He said that growing up in Texas helped them to deal with certain conditions of link courses, but not all of them.

“We grew up in the air, but we did not play enough in this type of perseverance. I learned from an early age how to hit flight shots and all different types of shots,” said Sheffer.

“When we come here, everything opens to us. I get to use all the items that I did as a child. You thought very little about such positions in your golf swing and accessories. It is less about the basic things and to find out how you are going to get closer to the hole and wash all other goods.”
