Sabarina INESCU Returns, helps Liberty catch Valkyries

Breanna Stewart scored a game-high 23 points on Wednesday night and Sabrina INESCU took New York Liberty in seven Strait Free Throw in 1:48, in the Golden State Velkaries in San Francisco at 81-78.
Kate Martin dried a corner 3-pointer with 1:59 remaining to give Golden State (7-7) to 75-74, 3-pointer was shot by Kayla Thornton by 11 seconds after 11 seconds and replaced all three on the edge of 77–75.
INESCU made two more foul shots with 21.3 ticks on the clock, but Martin left the 3-pointer with 12.2 seconds to make 79–78. INESCU hit two free throw with 8.9 seconds left and New York (11-3) overtook two attempts in the game-hang 3-pointers at the final possession of Vulcaries.
Kennedy Burke came out of the bench to add 20 points to Liberty, 4 out of 9 on 3-pointers, while Eonosku, Ribka Gardner and Marine Johannes contributed every 11 points.
Martin scored 15 points from his career in the fourth quarter for the Golden State, while Tiffany Hayes added 15 to the first half. Stephanie Telbot cut 13 points and Thornton cut 11.
After sitting out of the loss of 89–79 in Seattle on Sunday, Eonku (neck) was a return from the first visit to New York’s Bay Area. But IONESCU – A Bay Area Native – did not score in the first half and manage the attempt of a field goal through three quarters.
Meanwhile, Hayes had no problem in putting the ball into the hole in the first quarter with 12 points, taking a lead of 32–29 by Golden State. Stewart controlled the last six minutes of half, scoring nine out of 19 points in that period, leading to Liberty 46–43.
Valkyries went above 55–50 on the 5:23 mark of the third quarter on Martin’s three-point play, but Johannes canned the 3-pointer with 1:07 remaining, leading to 64–61 in the fourth period.
