Royal Challengers Bangalore and Delhi’s capitals were matched as subplots.

Virat Kohli and KL Rahul will carry forward the battle of anchors, while Mitchell Starc vs Josh Hazelwood in the Pace Department can only add more spices to the competition between Delhi’s capitals and Royal Challengers Bangalore in the IPL in New Delhi only on Sunday. Things can change quickly in the IPL, but in the current form, both DC and RCB are expected to make play-offs. Two points in Feroz Shah Kotla will help the winning team significantly in that context.
Kohli remains the biggest draw as he returns to his ‘home ground’ behind five half -centuries in nine sports. Four of them have come away from the Chinnaswamy Stadium and despite being in the opposition camp, Delhi’s crowd is hoping that the Indian superstar will expand their vigor in the tournament.
This season slow surfaces have made stroke-making difficult, but RCB’s lead run-goldter Kohli has worked on that challenge to flourish for his team. Another batsman who has performed significantly well under circumstances is Rahul, who has scored the most runs for Delhi capitals.
Not part of India’s T20 set-up, Rahul has forced the selectors to take notice in the middle order and with its stellar performance behind the stump.
Stark vs Hazelwood
Two champions Australian Fast Bouler, Hazelwood and Stark, have already shown immense value brought in their respective IPL teams. Hazelwood is one of the leading wickets in the tournament with 16 scale and won the game for RCB for RCB in the game for RCB, which was with an exemplary 19th over against Rajasthan Royals.
His compatriot is not far behind the Starc Impact Table and coincidentally it was also against the Royals that he came with a barrage of Wide Yorker to seal the game for DC. His duality will be exciting to say at least.
Kuldeep vs Suyash, Exer Vs.
Kuldeep has caused maximum damage to the opposition with his googly to the batsmen throughout the IPL. Apart from 12 wickets in eight matches, the left -handed wrist spinner has scored at a frugal rate of 6.50 runs per over.
His presence will be the biggest challenge for the in-form RCB batsmen on Sunday night.
Delhi Boy Suyash Sharma has also given a good account of himself in RCB Jersey and will use all his local knowledge to think of DC batsmen.
While DC captain Axar Patel has led the front, he has not done much in the competition due to an swallow, but has completed the entire quota of the overs throughout his over in the previous game, making another positive mark for a team on the charge.
Krunal will play a similar role for the RCB camp. With 12 wickets in nine matches, the left -handed spinner has worked for his new franchise.
DC is playing only three foreign players since leaving DC Jake-Farser McGurk and is likely to continue with Abhishek Porl and Karun Nair on top of the order.
