Ronald Akuna Junior Splash joins Home Run Darby

The Home Run Derby is returning to the Trust Park in Atlanta as part of the all-star festival of this season, and will be very happy with the fans of the hometown, as Breaves star Ronald Akuna Jr. has committed to participate in the July 14 program.
2023 NL MVP and four-time all-star have batted. Nine domestic runs with 385 and 16 RBI for Atlanta in just 29 matches this season, the only team they have played during an eight -year career.
A torn anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) limited the outfielder to just 49 games in 2024 and gave it the price of the first part of the 2025 season, but the star indicated his return to the style, launched a house run in his first game against San Diego Padress on 23 May.
Ekuna on Wednesday announced her intention to participate on ESPN, making her the first confirmation for this year’s home run darby. This will be the third 27 -year -old appearance after participating in 2019 and 2022 competitions.
