Mumbai Indians opener Rohit Sharma on Thursday performed a brilliant review during his batting against Rajasthan Royals in the IPL 2025 match in Jaipur. On the fifth ball of the second over of MI’s batting, the delivery of the length of the left-arms Pacer Fazal Farooqui hit Rohit on the back leg. The umpire raised his finger on the appeal for an LBW but the MI batsman decided to go up. This was a great call from Rohit as the ball-tracking suggested that the ball was dropped towards the leg. This was a great review from Rohit, questioning the time of his DRS (decision review system) by many on social media. Those asking questions said that by the time Rohit asked for a review, the timer had gone out.
