Rohit Sharma announced a shock test retirement as Sachin Tendulkar’s tear-fasting post




Rohit Sharma’s test retirement sent a wave of shock to everyone in the cricketing fraternity. India’s captains looked ready to lead the troops on the tour of England, but as soon as the conversation began around the selection of the team for the series, Rohit dropped a bomb leaving the red-ball format. As Rohit exits as a great game, even in whites, the mythical Sachin Tendulkar shared an emotional position as a tribute to the 38 -year -old.

“I felt that the way he was suited to that opening slot was amazing to see. He always wanted to take the bowlers, wanted to play with freedom. And that’s what he wanted to do as well as other players, to play with freedom.” 38 -year -old Rohit declared his retirement from Test cricket with immediate effect, ending the career of the red ball that began in 2013.
