Robbie Ray of veterans look to continue historic start vs. Marlins

Left -handed Robi Ray hopes to continue one of the biggest beginnings for a season in the history of San Francisco veterans, when he couples hosts Miami Marlins on Saturday.
The veterans opened a three-game set with a 2–0 win on Friday night, which was pitching a staller from Lefty Kyle Harrison and six relievers. San Francisco hurt the ground with a three-game losing line.
Ray (7-0, 2.56 ERA) has become unbeaten in 11 in this season, running its streak for 13 games since last August.
In a row to start a season, 11 giants have been tied for seventh long in history, now Kevin Gausamman (2021), Rosi Ryan (1923) and Hook Wilt (1904) are getting a chance to tie the 12th straight straight on Saturday. Only Rub Markvard (18 in 1912), Noah Lori (14 in 2004) and Joe McGinity (14 in 1904) have scored a long unbeaten run to open a season in the history of veterans.
The line of the 13 -season streak has been tied for the 21st longest among the veterans. Ray’s team partner, Logan Web, tied the franchise record of Carl Habel, set 85 years ago, 22 straight unbeaten people began to reduce the 2021-22 season.
At the beginning of playing on Friday, Ray New York Yankis joined Max Fried (then 7–0) and Philadelphia Philos’ Jesus Lujardo (5–0), only as a pitcher who remained unbeaten in this season. But Fried lost 8–5 to a Friday series opener against Los Angeles Dozers, while Luzardo has been slapped on Saturday against Milwauki Bruers.
Apart from this, the National League Pitcher of the Month Honor can be honored on Saturday. Ray has moved 4–0 with 1.41 ERA in May 5.
“I feel really good,” said 33 -year -old. “It definitely looks good to be able to do this continuously. I just want to roll it.”
Ray has compiled 4-4 records against Marlins with 2.41 ERA in 10 Lifetime Games (Nine Start). It is only 2-3 in Miami.
Ray’s equivalent on Saturday is scheduled to be the right-handed Edward Cabarera (1-1, 4.73), which is unbeaten in May. Four initially ahead with 2.53 ERA.
The 27-year-old never lost to the veterans, posted a 2–0 record in three career against San Francisco and posted 2.08 ERA.
Cabarera will demand the type of defensive support to Marlins provided for Starter Caltrill and Reliler Johnson Junk at Friday’s low scoring loss. Thanks to an error-free defense, which also replaced a center field-tu-therled base double play in the second innings, limiting the veterans to two runs, putting the visitors 13 batsmen on the base.
Prior to Friday’s first pitch, Marlins manager Cleetan McCulla announced a step designed to sideline his team’s porous infield defense. He has decided to transfer Otto Lopez from another base to a shortstop, announcing that the Prospect Xavier Edwards has been postponed, with a stressful bench in the currently injured list, a minor-league will return from the tenure of a minor rehabilitation as the second basman.
“X (Edwards) is a team of a team. (He) to think that it’s best for us right now,” said Maculla. “He is trying to get up fast because he may return to another basis, and (i) it seems that it is going to pay dividend and helps us win the game.”
Marlins hopes that Edwards is expected to come out of the injured list on Monday when he starts a three-game domestic series against Colorado Rockies.
