Washington’s citizens placed the right-handed Trevor Williams with a right elbow sprain on Friday in the 15-day injured list.
Kebert Ruiz was restored from the seven-day consent list and the citizens recalled Ryan Loutos from Triple-e Rochester right-handed Ryan Loutos and gave Catcher Drew Milas the option for Rochester.
33-year-old Williams scored seven runs in three innings on Wednesday while losing Detroit Tigers 11–2. He is 3–10 with 6.21 ERA in 17 this season.
26-year-old Ruiz, on 23 June, was hit by a foul ball sitting in a dugout during a 10–6 road win on San Diego Padress. He is batting with two homes and 24 RBI in 66 matches this season.
The 26-year-old Loutos has a 1-0 1–0 with 13.50 ERA in six relief showcases this year with National and Los Angeles Dojers. Washington claimed to be exempt on 10 June.
The 27 -year -old appeared in three matches for Milas National and went to 1 -for -7 in a plate with a double and one RBI.
