Cincinnati Reds acquired right -handed Brian Van Belle from Boston Red Sox on Saturday in exchange for cash ideas.
Reds selected van Belle in Triple-e Louisville. Red Sax nominated him for assignment on Wednesday.
Van Belle, 28, has so far started her major league. He was 5–1 with 2.29 ERA in 12 Games (eight beginnings) this season at Triple-e-Warsster.
Since the breakdown of Miami (FL) to Boston’s system in 2021, the van belle is 37–19, with 4.41 ERA (84 onset) in 115 sports. He hit 479 batsmen and ran 120 in 502 1/3 innings.
