ESPN reported on Saturday that San Diego Winger Maria Sanchhez Leiga is at the move of MX Femenil’s Tigress.
According to a 29 -year -old American -origin Mexican International report, a four -year contract will be signed.
Sanchez is expected to play his final NWSL match with San Diego on Sunday against Washington Spirit.
He signed a three -year deal with a wave in 2024, including an option for 2027. The amount of transfer fee being paid by Nuevo Leon-based Tigress was not part of the report.
Sanchez has scored three goals and two assistance in 11 NWSL matches (six starts) this season.
He was previously played with Chicago Red Stars (2019) and Houston Dash (2021-24) in addition to NWSL Stints in Mexico for Tigress (2021) and Guidaljara (2020).
