A judge of Los Angeles ruled on Monday that Lindsay Hill violated the terms of a compromise agreement with former chief Legier Trever Bauur. As a result, Hill – who brought sexual harassment allegations against the pitcher – was directed to pay more than $ 300,000 to Bauur.

Major League baseball suspended Bauur in 2021, when Hill carried forward the allegations. The following year, MLB concluded its investigation and suspended 2020 Cy Young Award winner Bauur for 324 Games for violation of sexual misconduct. The suspension was later reduced to 194 sports.

The 34 -year -old Bauur sued the hill for the recession, but counted for attacks and sexual batteries. Both sides eventually settled in 2023, although no money was paid between the pair.

At that time, Hill lawyers said that he would receive an insurance payment of $ 300,000 to enter his law firm. On social media, Hill said that Bauur “handed over an insurance amount to me, which was for me to leave my countercoot.”

Bauur again sued the hill in October 2024, saying that he violated the conditions of the settlement agreement on podcast and social media that he received any money from the pitcher.

Bauur demanded $ 10,000 for each 22 times, Hill allegedly violated the agreement with additional funds for attorney fees and interest. This was equal to $ 309,832.02, which was more than the hill received in insurance payment.

While Hill did not respond to the court about the new case, the judge originally said in February that Bauur did not have a strong enough case. Two months later, the judge fought the amount that Bauar’s team sought in the fees of the lawyer.

On Monday, the suit is still not responding to the hill, the judge ruled in favor of Bauur and ordered the Hill to pay the entire amount required by the pitcher.

Bauur was never accused of crime and was not raised by a prominent league franchise because he was released by Los Angeles Dojers in early 2023. He has since been played for Japanese and Mexican Clubs.
