Report: Racing Kayla Fisher was suspended for hair-cultivation foul

ESPN on Thursday said ESPN said Racing Louisville midfielder Kayla Fisher received three-game suspension for the hair-tailing incident.
Fisher earned a red card and was excluded in the 67th minute of winning 3–2 against Angel City FC on Saturday.
Repley showed him ACFC midfielder Madison Hammond to take his hair to the ground during a corner kick.
ESPN reported that the disciplinary committee of NWSL added two games to the automatic one-game red-card suspension after reviewing the event.
A league spokesperson refused to comment on the report but Fisher issued an apology through ESPN.
“I would like to apologize to Madison Hammond and Angel City for my tasks in the last weekend,” Fisher said.
“It was never my intention to be aggressive while defending a corner, and I honestly regret my behavior and disappoint my peers. I accept and understand the league’s decision.
“When I return to the field later this season, I plan to show that I have learned from my actions and this moment does not define me as a player or my opponents and my honor for the game.”
Fisher, 25, has two goals and two assistance in 10 begins this season. There are three matches left before the summer break of Louisville’s league, leaving till 1 August.
