During this postson run, Picard has won all six starts in the net for the olers. After losing the first two games at Los Angeles in the first round of Edmonton, Admonton’s head coach Chris Nobatch replaced the starter Stuart Skinner with a picard. Golden Nights Forward Tomas Hurtle fell into Picard’s left leg on May 8 during the 5–4 overtime triumph of Olers. Monkaton, New Bronvic Native, ended the game, but has not practiced since then. With the skin returning to the net, Edmonton hosted 4–3 in Game 3, as Reeli Smith of Vegas scored with 0.4 seconds, growing 2–1 to trim the series of oelers 2–1.
TSN reported that “it would be at least a week” before Picard returns.
