Report: Nux set a second interview with Mike Brown

New York Nix has allegedly reached the final stage in search of a head coach.
Athletic reported that Nax has set a second interview with Mike Brown set for Tuesday.
In addition, James Borrigo and Micah Nori may also get a second interview as per Tuesday’s report.
Naras has laid a wide trap to replace Tom Thibodo, which was rejected after losing to Indiana pacers in the final of the Eastern Conference. He attempted to interview the current head coaches – which included Jason Kid of Dallas Maveryx, Chris Finch of Minnesota Timbervols and Eme Udoka of Houston Rockets – but were denied permission by teams.
He also interviewed former Memphis Grizzle coach Taylor Jenkins as well as South Carolina Championship winning coach Don Steel for the inauguration.
Brown, 55, was fired by Sacramento Kings Midway through 2024–25 season. He had earlier coached Cleveland Cavelliers and Los Angeles Lee and his career record is 454-304. He is a two -time NBA Coach of the Year.
Borrigo, 47, placed Charlot Hornets in a record of 138–163 from 2018-22. He is currently on the coaching staff of New Orleans Pelican.
51 -year -old Nori has no head coaching experience. He currently works under Finch with Timberwells and was a accessory with the first Detroit Piston, Denver Nuggets, Kings and Toronto raptors.
