Athletic said on Monday that Dennis Shrodeer would join the Sacramento Kings on a free agent deal. The terms of the contract were not yet known.
According to several reports, Kings Veteran were interested in both Shower and Russell Westbrook as a backcort option, and they can still sign both.
31-year-old Schroder, division of 2024–25 between three teams. He started the season with Brooklyn Nets, dealt with Golden State Warriors in December and then flipped into the Detroit Piston before the trade deadline in February.
All said, Schroder still managed to average 13.1 points, 5.4 aids and 2.6 rebounds per game during 75 demonstrations (49 beginnings) for the trio of teams.
Kings will have Shrodeer’s 10th NBA team in their 13th season. He scored at least 10 points per game every season in his second season in the league, with a 13.9 PPG career mark in 842 Games (424 start).
