According to several media reports, the Byu Quarterback Jack Retzlaf was accused of sexual harassment in a civil trial filed on Wednesday at Salt Lake (Utah) County.

It is alleged in the trial that Rayzlaf attacked his home in November 2023 in Provo, Utah. Listed as a woman filing the case – Jane Do AG – has sued the ratezlaph for the deliberate stream of alleged batteries, attacks and emotional crisis.

According to the trial, one of the reasons for the delay between the alleged incident and the filing of civil allegations is that the Provo police, when the alleged victim linked the name of Retzlaf to the attack, suggested that she remains calm because she never gets justice.

In a statement, Ratezlaf Attorney Mark Butute declared his customer “factually”.

“I have met him, and he is a good young man,” but said, who successfully defended former NBA star Deric Rose on allegations of federal sexual attacks in 2016. “He is also factually innocent, and we are ready to prove that Jake will be focused on football this year. We will not try matters in the media.”

The trial describes the alleged victim as Ratezlaff, then 20, and the alleged victim to start contact with Jane Do and his friend before social media. The lawsuit says that Jane Dos did not want to go ahead and asked him to “stop”, but Ratezlaf eventually found a condom and assaulted him.

A few days later, she went to the hospital and a rape kit was used to collect and preserve any possible evidence of the attack. The DOE reportedly reported to the Provo Police of the incident at this time, yet did not implement the name of Retzlaf.

Byu issued a statement on Wednesday: “Byu became aware today that a civilian suit of Jake Ratezalf was filed this morning. Following all the procedures and guidelines compulsory by the title IX, the university takes any charge very seriously due to federal and university’s privacy laws and practices of the university. The university will not be able to provide additional comments.”

Ritzlaf, a native of California, who began playing his career for Rivaraside (California) City College, transferred to Byu before the 2023 season. After starting the final four matches of the 2023 season, Rayzlaf won a training-priest battle in 2024 to become The Coggors regular quarterbacks. He took him to a record of 11–2, including an Alamo Bowl Jeet on Colorado.

He finished the year with 2,947 passing yard, 20 touchdown and 12 interception. 6-Foot-1, 205-Pound Redshert Senior is expected to play their role to this decline.
