Report: Braves RHP AJ Smith-Shever out for the season with torn UCL

According to several reports, Atlanta Right-handed Pits AJ Smith-Shever will remember the rest of the season with a torn Ulnar collateral ligament.
He will probably remember all parts of the 2026 season or potentially.
Smith-Shever allegedly consulted with doctors to determine whether he would undergo Tommy John surgery or internal brace process.
According to Brevs Manager Brian Snightker, 22 -year -old started on Thursday with a right elbow injury, as he “felt it”.
