Report: Amazon Kevin Harlan adds analysts of NBA broadcast

Athletic reported on Thursday that Amazon Prime Video has signed Kevin Harlan to call the NBA Games in the 2025-26 season.
Streammer, which is part of the new 11-year-old, $ 76 billion NBA rights deal, makes this decline effective, has hired Brent Barry and Dell Curry as analysts according to the game of athletic and front office respectively.
Harlan called the Games for Turner Sports for 30 season – 1996 to 2025 – Before losing Turner’s rights. He will continue as a top voice for CBS calling NFL Games.
Harlan’s move for Amazon Prime Video has been rumored for months, and he addressed the topic on “The Sports Media Podcast” in February.
“With losing the rights of TNT, and it is very sad, it is clearly a marine change for most of us and navigating that is always a challenge,” said Harlan. “I am in my 60s and this career has a bright new bright opportunity for someone on my platform, which is the dominance of small broadcasters and incredibly talented people, they want I to join their roster and is incredibly satisfactory.”
Barry, who played 14 years in NBA, has also worked as an assistant coach in the front office of San Antonio Spider along with a broadcaster.
NBA players’ father Stephen Curry and Seth Kari’s father Karie played 16 NBA season with five franchisees. He works as a color commentary for Charlotte Hornets.
Haralan joins Amazon fold to play-by-play announcers Ian Eagle and Michael Gradi. It has already hired several analysts, including Steve Nash, Stan Van Gundi, Candes Parker and Black Griffin.
