Reds put Inf Jamer Candelario (Back) on 10-day IL

Cincinnati Reds on Wednesday placed Infielder Jamer Candelario in the 10-day injured list citing a lumbar spinal tension.

This step is retrospective till Monday. The 31-year-old Candelario last won 8–1 against Colorado Rockies in Denver and was 0-for-4.

In the season, he is hitting two domestic runs in 22 games and 10 with RBI .113.

Reds has been scheduled to play a home doubleheader against St. Louis Cardinals on Wednesday.

In the same move, Reds called the Infielder Tyler Caliehan from Triple-e Louisville and added the right hand chess box to the taxi squad.

Paytm has been scheduled to start Doubleheader’s Game 2 which will be his major league debut. Caliehan is yet to play in an MLB game.

The 22-year-old petty started five in Louisville this season and is 0–2 with 3.52 ERA. He has killed 27 batsmen in 23 innings. The MLB pipeline rank Paytm as number 99 in the list of top 100 possibilities.

The 24 -year -old Calian has a .303 average (27 -for -89) in 24 matches in Louisville. He has four domestic runs and 12 RBI with six stolen bases.
