Reds Activate of Jake Fraley (Labram)

Cincinnati Reds on Saturday announced the return of the outfielder Jake Fraley, activating him from the 10-day injured list.

In the same move, Reds opted for Infielder Christian Encurrent-Strand for Triple-e Louisville.

The 30 -year -old Fraley has dealt with several injuries, this season has cost 48 games so far. His most recent blow – a partial tear in his right labram – on June 23 was persisted against New York Yankis and was sent to IL, but experienced rejected the shoulder surgery, allegedly obtained a cortisone shot in an attempt to play through injury to the rest of the season.

A seven-year-old veteran of Seattle Meriners (2019–21) and Reds (2022-current), Fraley is a career. 246 Hotter, but he is batting only .224 this season with 28 strikes, 17 RBI and five domestic runs this season.

In 36 Games, 25-year-old Encarnasian-Strand, batting six domestic runs in 2025, 19 RBI and 32 strikes.

Like Fraley, Encarnacion-Strand is struggling with some injuries, missing with a wrist fracture in most parts of 2024 and the back issues with the early part of 2025.
