Redblacks, to kick the Refruirs CFL season

Ottawa Redblack and Suskchewan will close the CFL season on Thursday night in Regina, Susketewa, Susketewan.
Both clubs ended with 9–8–1 records and qualified for playoffs in the previous season. The Redblax East Division fell for the final gray cup champion Toronto Argonots in the semi -finals, while the Refreeders opened Postsen with a win over BC Lions before losing to Vinypeg Blue Bombers in the West Division Final.
Ottawa, which had gone 2-7 on the road last season, hopes to promote his offsen addition.
The list is running the topping William Stanback back, which reached the CFL-Second-Best 1,175 yards in the previous season before Lions were released. Stanback is being welcomed in the fold after releasing the partner who runs Rikewel Armstad for disciplinary reasons last September.
“We are going to be a physical team, and William is a physical back,” said Redblack Coach Bob Dice according to the Ottawa citizen. “The talents we want to be, the bleeding is in it. You want to give him opportunities to get physical and wear teams in four quarters. So I am eager to take William to take the ball, and I am eager to see our aggressive line very physically.”
Drew Brown, who threw the CFL-Leard-Best for 3,959 yards in 2024, will see the three-time all-CFL receiver Eugher Lewis and the third overall draft pickle with the pickle White. Lewis and White effectively replaced the late Dominic Rhymes and the injured Nick Mardner.
Lewis reels the CFL-Agni 10 Touchdown reception with Edmonton Elks last season.
There is a Suskechewan team to keep Stanback, Brown and Lewis in check that makes a slight change from the previous season.
Quarterback Trevor Harris, Aj Ouellette and a wife of receiver will be the key to the crime of the Refler who will be the key to the crime. CFL makes the unit in the headlines on the other side of the most outstanding defensive player Rolan Miligan ball.
“We are clearly a hungry, experienced team,” Suskechewan’s coach Kori Mess said according to the Regina Leader-Post. “And I think we have people who are not afraid to work hard in dirty areas or do it in a difficult way, which definitely speaks what the CFL season is.”
