
TJ Freedal made a single, single and score as Cincinnati Reds three times, as Nelorado defeated Rockies 4–2 to give Terry Frankona the 2,000th win of her managerial career.
Frankona is the 13th manager in Major League history with 2,000 wins.
Matt Maclain and Austin Hayes also made two hits and Emilio Pagan picked up his 20th Save for Cincinnati, which won his 50th game in the all-star break.
Ryan Ritter had two hits for Colorado, which remained at the speed to break the records of the modern era for the damage prescribed by 2024 Chicago White Sox. Rockies at the end of the first half of the season is 22 wins, compared to Chicago at the same point, five less one year ago.
Reds took an edge when Fridal led his ninth domestic run below the first, but Colorado replied in the third.
Kyle Kisan and Austin Nola led the single and formed a basis on the sacrifice distribution of Ritter. Mickey Monic then left both of them with two-outs single, so that Rockies could be given a 2–1 lead.

Reds took the lead again in the fifth when they loaded the hideouts by Fridal, McClen and Hauge, chasing the Starter Austin Gumber. Reliever Jimmy Hergate received Spencer Stear on a pop-out, but Ritter reduced the grounder of Noelvi Marte, allowing Fridal to score third.
Gombar (0-3) was the winner at the beginning of seven this season. He allowed three runs – two earned – 4 1/3 on six hits in innings.
Cincinnati acted on one run in the seventh, when Cruise led a double, reached third place on an error and scored on the right on the single single of the stear.
This starter was enough to win for Nick Martinez (7-9). He conceded two runs on five hits in 5 1/3 innings.
