RAYS SS Wander Franco faced 5 -year jail duration

Prosecutors on Monday recommended a five -year prison sentence for Wander Franco, suspended at Tampa Bay Rays Shortstop, who is accused of sexually abusing a minor in his original Dominican Republic.
With the arguments completion, a panel of three judges would begin discussions and the Presiding Judge case stated that he would announce a decision on Thursday.
