New York Rangers and Forward Matte Remplate on Wednesday agreed to the conditions on contract expansion of two years, $ 1.95 million.
The 22 -year -old Rampa was scheduled to become a restricted free agent on 1 July.
Listed in 6 -Foot -9 and 255 pounds, Rampa recorded eight points (three goals, five aids), plus -7 ratings and 67 penalty minutes in 42 games last season.
Rampa has got a total of 10 points (four goals, six aids) and 138 penalty minutes in the 59 career games since the 2020 NHL draft was selected in the sixth round since the Rangers.
