Pitching, Defense Help Blue Jais crossed Meriners

Right-handed Boden Francis played six solid innings, Right Fielder Edison Barsan helped three and Toronto Blue Jais defeated Seattle Meriners 3–1 on Friday night.

Former Blue J. Rowdy Tellez hit a single home run for mericars in a three-game series opener.

Toronto won three consecutive wins and Seattle lost for the second time in eight matches.

Toronto scored the first innings against the right-handed Brian Wu (2–1). Bo Bichet finished third on the groundout of single, stole second, Vladimir Gurro Junior and scored first and when Anthony Santnder left a sacrifice fly.

Tellez excluded the game in the second when he ran the first pitch fastball from Francis (2-2) on the right area wall.

Blue Jais gained her lead in her second. George Springer sung, Alejandro went to Kirk and Will Wagner made a single to load the hideouts. Alan Roden hit a sacrifice fly to the left.

Cal Rale, who entered the game with nine career homers against Toronto, made the same place from the wall to the right, but was thrown to second place by Burgar. Randy Arozena was hit by a pitch, but was caught in a randon between the third and the house on the double to right of the Luke rally.

Toronto took an edge in the fourth house. Springer led a double and scored on the Kirk’s account single.

Mariners continued to exclude themselves in the fifth. Tellez went and sung by Miles Mastrobuni. After tagging Ben Williamson’s flyout to the right, a slow -foot tellez was third. This was the third outfield assistance of the game’s barger.

Francis allowed one run, Mason Fluharti took him to seventh position with five hits and five strikes in six innings before a walking visit and with the help of Chad Green, he escaped from a leadoff walk and a theft basis, which retired the last batsman.

Wu retired his last nine batsmen, with four runs, seven hits and two walks with four strikes in seven innings.

Toronto Reliever Yimi Garcia survived a hit batsman at the eighth.

Jeff Hoffman took a clean ninth part with two strikes to earn his fifth savings.
