Piston C. Isaiah Stewart (Knee) Game 4 vs Naxal

The Detroit Piston Center Yashaya Stewart will sit out of his third straight competition on Sunday, when he recalled Game 4 of the first round series of the Eastern Conference against New York Nix due to swelling of the right knee.
Stewart, who was originally suspected to play on Sunday, is listed in the NBA injury report.
He has not played since the series opener on 19 April, when he logged in from the bench 19 minutes away and the Detroit’s 123–112 loss was two points, five rebounds and two blocks.
Paul Reid has supported Jalan Duran in place of Stewart, who took an average of 6.0 points and 5.5 rebounds in 72 Games (four beginnings) during a regular session.
Nicks took a 2–1 lead in the best seven series, which resumes in ET at 1 pm on Sunday.
