PIF partners with FIFA for 2025 Club World Cup

A week before the inauguration FIFA Club World Cup began, Saudi Arbia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF) has signed as the official partner of a month -long tournament in stadiums across the United States.
The PIF, the Kingdom’s sovereign wealth fund, partially creates this move in preparing Saudi Arabia as hosting the 2034 World Cup.
PIF chief corporate brand Mohammad al-Yayad said in a statement, “PIF is building a legacy of transformational impact in sports through its partnership, providing positive and permanent results at every level from players and fans to host communities.” “PIF is at the forefront of growing football worldwide after the announcement of our continuous investment in last year and football. We are unlocking opportunities to run sports development worldwide.”
The FIFA club is some of the world’s most prominent clubs worldwide in the World Cup. The competition begins on Saturday, June 14, with Lionel Messi and Inter Miami (MLS) hosting Egyptian club Al Ahali FC, recently won the CAF Champions League title.
According to Opta Power Ranking, the top five clubs in the tournament are Paris St.-Germen (France), Manchester City (England), Bayern Munich (Germany), Inter Milan (Italy) and Real Madrid (Spain).
The group play starts on Saturday and passes through 26 June. The knockout round begins on June 28, Slapped at NJ’s East Rutherford’s Metlife Stadium with championship match on 13 July
