Houston’s close Josh Hader worked for the last time on Saturday and Astros set for a day on Thursday, the manager who opted to send his all-star reliever back to the second innings of the work against the Cleveland Guardians on Tuesday.

The right-handed slad Sechoni (3-4, 3.56 ERA) has an initial assignment for guards on Wednesday. He suffered losses despite starting the quality in his most recent outing, causing six hits and two runs with five strikes in six innings in a 2–1 shock for Detroit Tigers on Friday.
Cecconi has allowed three out of six earned runs or less, which is less than 2–3 with 30 strikeouts in 2-3 and 32 2/3 innings with 2.76 era. Cleveland is 2-4 in those games.
In his lonely presence against Astro last September, Sechoni allowed a run on a hit with three strikes in two innings of relief in loss of 11–5 while pitching for Arizona Diamondback.
After entering this series in 10-Game Skid, the longest for the franchise after 2012, Cleveland can complete a sweep of a three-game set on Wednesday. Parents fell at speed in the American League Central in recent weeks, but the results in Houston provide hope for a reversal.
“Every team goes to good and bad runs,” said Guardian Manager Stephen Vogt. “We had a 10-game losing line; that’s true. Whatever is true is a very good team, and many seasons are left.”
