San Diego Padress Manager Mike Shield is a classic “Glass Is Haf-Full” type man. Where some dark clouds and failures see, Shield always adopts a way for success. When some people explain their crises in detail, Shield finds positivity.
And so it was after the talk-off defeat on Wednesday at Los Angeles Dojers, the team’s seventh defeat in nine matches. Shield said that San Diego “can close three, four, five, six, seven chains in a row in a row that we win.”
Padress is in a position to win its first series in two weeks in a rubber game of the three-game series, with a 5–1 win on Saturday at the Cenus City Royals tour.
