Pablo Artiz scored Houston Dynamo just before Halftime to win a 2–0 to visit Minnesota United on Wednesday night.
Felip Andrade added the second goal for Houston (3-6-4, 13 points) in the 77th minute, as Dynamo won its third home shutout.
The targets were the first in the MLS Play for both Ortis and Andrade, as each South American defender recorded its first beginning and second appearance for Dynamo.
Jonathan Bond rescued one to keep his second clean sheet, and Houston’s fifth total, after a match, the first half red card affected a 3–1 domestic necklace for Seattle Sounders.
Minnesota (6-3-4, 22 points) saw the line of three-match win and lost on the road for the first time after a 1-0 defeat in LAFC in the initial weekend.
