Boston exited the Sunday road game against Boston Red Sox after Baltimore Oriols Catcher Edle Rutsman took a foul tip from his mask.

Interim manager Tony Manasolino said that Rutsman was removed as a precaution and would be monitored in the next 24 hours. He did not say whether the statusman is in the Constion Protocol.

While the Oriols star remained in the game for the fourth innings, Baltimore sent Maverick Handle as a pinch-haleter for him at the top of the fifth innings.

“Once (the trainers) felt that he needed to take him out as a precaution, we did it immediately.”

In the third, the Rafael Davors used to swing in a first pitch fastball, who sent a dishonest tip to the status of Rutsman. The game was prevented for a few moments as Catcher collected himself and remained in the game.

This is another blow to Baltimore, including 10 players in the already injured list, including Catcher Gary Sanchez, who served as the backup of the statusman. On Sunday, Handley replaced Rutsman-he has played in 352 out of the potential 376 regular-series games in the last two-plus season.

In 2019, Rutsman No. 1 was the overall draft pick. In this season, he is batting with just five homes .211 and 15 with RBI in 50 games.

In Major, in its four sessions, the two-time all-star has batted. 57 domestic runs with 256 and 216 in 465 sports.
