“It was not an easy call because we have two good goals,” Edmonton’s coach Chris Nobbleuch said about giving the picard a beginning. “Stu has arrived and played some very big games, especially in the series later. But I think the decisive factor for us is that we won the previous game, and (Picard) saved a lot. It was probably a decisive factor; No. 1, we won and how well he played for them to get the net again.”

In the overtime of Game 4, Picard made a big savings on Sam Bennett One-Time, so that the game could be tied. With its gloves, the picard was able to up and close the crossbar.

Game 4 was not the first time Picard gave relief to the skinner, as the Western Backup Los Angeles came in game 2 of the first round of the Western Conference against Kings. Picard then started the game 3 in the best range of 2–0 with Olers.

The 33 -year -old Picard won four directly to help Edmonton to send in the second round and remained a starter for the first two matches against Las Vegas Nights.
