Edmonton Forward Conner Brown, who has been sidelined with an unknown injury, was practiced on Sunday and it would be available when the oileers visit Florida Panthers in Game 1 of the Stanley Cup final on Wednesday.
The 31-year-old Brown recalled the final two matches of the five-game series of Olers against Dallas stars in the final of the Western Conference, which concluded last Thursday. He came out of game 3 in the second period on 25 May and sent them to ice after a thunderous stars defenseman Alex Petrovic.

Brown’s 14 playoff games have eight points (five goals, three aids). He rated 30 points (13 goals, 17 aids) and a plus -9 while playing in all 82 matches during the regular session.
In the third line, he is ranked by Victor Arvidson with right -wing Adam Henriques and Left Wing Evander Kane by right -wing Arvidson. The olers are further without Zach Hymen, who underwent surgery after maintaining the upper body injury in Game 4 against the stars.
“I don’t know what the line combinations are,” Brown said, who skating with the fifth line on Sunday. “Obviously, I am not trying to do my coaching cap or anything like this. This is just my job that is ready to go.”
“I think he will recover,” said Edmonton’s coach Chris Nobblech. “Obviously, you looked at him on snow and double shifting, and I am sure and I believe he will be fine for Game 1.”
