Number 2 draft pick chase Burns called by Reds for MLB debut

After Cincinnati Reds purchases the contract for the number 2 overall selection from last year’s MLB draft, now is the time for the right hand chase burn.
Burns is ready to start his major league when he starts in a domestic game against New York Yankis on Tuesday.
In a step, Reds opted for Triple-e Louisville as Right-Hander Yoswar Zuluta.
Burns, 22, has been riding a rocket through the reds system this season. He started his modest league at Singal-e Dhanon, and in only 13 shows he picked at three different levels, with two in Triple-e Louisville.
Burns has moved a joint 7-3 with 1.77 ERA in its 13 starts, including a 1-0 record with 2.19 ERA in 12 1/3 innings in Louisville.
In Wake Forest in 2024, Burns 16 was 10–1 with 2.70 ERA after two sessions in Tennessee.
The 27 -year -old Zuluity had done 3.86 ERA in two relief outings this season and in the last three sessions, there is a 4.82 ERA career in 14 relief outings.
