NHL Roundup: Sabers Coach Lindi Rough Logs 900th Win

Ryan McLeod on Thursday scored a goal and two assistance to help Buffalo win 5–4 win over Philadelphia Fliers, which won his 900th career by Sabers Coach Lindi.

With the result of the conclusion of the regular-season for the two teams, Rough became the fifth NHL coach to achieve milestones. Alex Toch, Jack Quin and JJ Peterka scored a goal and found another, Pitan Kreb also long and James Reimar made 21 saves for Sabers.

Maple Leafs 4, Red Wings 3 (OT)

Scott Laughton scored 56 seconds in overtime – Chris Tenav returned to lose after tying the game left in regulation with two seconds – and Toronto returned to lose to Detroit.

Auston Matthews and Philip myrs also scored for Maple Leafs, while Mich Morner and Matthew added two assistance to each and Joseph Wole made 31 saves.

The Justin Hall had a target and a support and Austin Watson and Alex Debrink also scored for Red Wings. Came Talbot stopped 16 shots.

Ottawa scored four goals at the third-period rally and visited Carolina in the battle of playoff-bound teams.
