
Cincinnati Bangles and Hamilton County agreed to a new lease conditions on Thursday that keeps the NFL team at Paycor Stadium via June 2036.
The deal plans a $ 470 million to renew the 25 -year -old building and includes 10 additional options years that can increase the agreement by 2046.
“This is an important day for Bangles and Hamilton County because we secure the team’s future in Cincinnati,” said Bangles Vice President KT Blackburn said. “We thank the commissioners of Hamilton County for supporting the agreement that the Pescore Stadium remains a focal point for a excellent site and the riverfront of Cincinnati.
Earlier, known as Paul Brown Stadium, the facility of 66,000 seats was opened in August 2000 at a cost of $ 455 million.
The original lease of Bangles was determined to end at the end of June 2026.
Hamilton County will contribute $ 350 million to renewal, with Bengals put $ 120 million. Both sides said that they are working together to get additional money from the state. Specific details of planned reforms were not provided.
