Known for his quiet and calm performance, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) icon MS Dhoni lost his cool in Pesar Khalil Ahmed during his IPL 2025 match against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB). The incident occurred after the second ball of the 11th over of RCB’s innings, with Ravindra Jadeja bowling for Virat Kohli, which was closing in the seventh half -century record of the season. Dhoni looked a bit disappointed with Khalel, who was out of his position while the captain was establishing the ground.

Surrounded by Pesar’s antics, Dhoni Scummed: “Khalil, Kisiko has seen Kartin, has fielded Kabi (have you ever seen someone fielding there)?” A video of the same has gone viral on social media.

Meanwhile, 94 not out of Ayush Matre and 77 not out of Ravindra Jadeja went in vain as RCB defeated CSK by two runs, so that the top spot in the table of IPL 2025 points could be retained.

Chasing 214, CSK scored 211 runs for 5 in its 20 overs. Mhatre scored 114 runs with five sixes and nine fours for the second wicket, adding 114 runs with Jadeja (77 Not 45 balls, 8x4s, 2x6s).

For RCB, Lungi returned with NGD 3/30 figures. Earlier, half -centuries from Jacob Bethel (55), Virat Kohli (62) and Romario Shepherd (53 Not Out) took RCB to 213 for five.

While Bethel and Kohli scored 97 runs for the initial wicket to set a platform, Shepherd exploded four fours and six sixes and did not get 53 out of 14 balls, recorded fifty fifty of the season and in total, the combined second-second-faster.

For CSK, Mathesh Pathirana found his rhythm and length to return 3–0-36–3.
