Former Indian cricket team captain MS Dhoni has submitted a trademark application for ‘Captain Cool’, a surname that reflects his leadership style in the field of cricket.Trade Marx Registry shows the status of application as ‘approved and advertised’, with publication in the official trademark journal on 16 June. The ICC statement said, “Pressure is celebrated for its cool and unmatched strategic seduction, but also a trailblazer in small formats, as one of MS Dhoni’s biggest finishers, as one of the biggest finishes of the game, leaders and wicketkeepers have been honored with their induction in the ICC Cricket Hall of Fame.” ICC praised Dhoni’s achievements, given that his excellence went beyond data to include “extraordinary stability, fitness and longevity”.MS Dhoni’s captaincy of Team India marked a golden age defined by a calm leadership, fast trend and historic victory.
