Mouz, Mongolz IEM proceeds to Melbourne

Mouz and Mongolz will meet Group A Upper-Bracket in the final at the $ 300,000 Intel Extreme Masters Masters Melbourne 2025 event in Australia on Tuesday.

Team Vitality and Team Falcons will square the upper-bracket in the upper-team B in the 16-Team Counter-Strike 2 tournament.

The top three teams from each group move forward for the playoffs, with the group stage winning semi-finals, the runner-up proceeds as a high seed in the quarter-finals, and the third-place teams carry forward the quarter-finals as a low seed. Single-elimination playoffs begin on Friday. All the matches are the best-three until the best-five Grand finals of Sunday, the winner earned $ 125,000.

In Tuesday’s group, an upper-bracket in the semi-finals, Mouj defeated Gamerlegian to win 13–6 over the Inferno and win 16–13 over Newcomes. Mongolz defeated Phase Klan with a win of 13-8 over Dust II and 16–13 on ancient.

In Group B, Team Vitality took Team Liquid 13–5 win over Mirage and 13–8 on Newcomes. Team Falcons faced the 13–11 victory over Natus Vinsare on Inferno with a win of 13–11 and a 13–9 defeat over Dust II.

In a lower-bracket quarterfinals in the group, 3Dmax ended Big and the complexity knocked on pain gaming through both sweeps. In Group B, Flycuest sweated the virtue.
